At okiibrew, your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it.
1. Information We Collect
When you place an order or contact us via WhatsApp, we may collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details. We do not collect payment card information directly — all transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to process and deliver your orders, respond to queries, send order confirmations or updates, and occasionally inform you of offers you have opted into. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your delivery address with our logistics partners only to the extent necessary to fulfil your order.
4. Data Retention
We retain your order data for a period of 12 months for operational and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Cookies
Our website uses minimal, essential cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may be affected.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or the contact page.
